Where do you ship your ceramics from?

Lovingly crafted by artisans in Portugal, we then ship all ceramics using our logistics partner, BESPOKE77 Ltd. who are based in Arlesey, Bedfordshire, UK

Are you shipping worldwide?

Yes we are!

For international orders (particularly outside of Europe) please be patient. Most international parcels should take 7 business days from when you receive shipping confirmation to reach their destination, however, it can occasionally take 2 or even 3 weeks.

If you see a piece that you fall in love with but is already sold, please don’t hesitate to contact us using the contact form and Florence will do her best to get back to you.

Is there anywhere I can buy your ceramics in person?

At present, bespoke pieces can be purchased from Edition94, 94 Fulham Rd, London.

Do you take commissions?

At present, Florence has limited capacity to take commissions but is willing to discuss any ideas. If you have a bespoke commission in mind, please fill in the form on our contact page.

What if my item arrives late or is damaged?

If a piece arrives damaged please use our contact form.

There is no need to send a damaged item back to us.

We require photo evidence only of the product(s) damaged and we will send a replacement out the same working day.

You can let us know if an international order is taking longer than expected but we will not send a replacement/ issue refunds until 30 working days have passed since the shipment date to give the package time to arrive.

If you have selected Royal Mail 2nd (NO TRACKING) please allow about 4 business days in total for your package to arrive and please note that no liability is offered for damage or loss.

If your item gets lost due to an incorrect address being entered at checkout we will ask that you pay for redelivery.
