UK national shipping:

Our carriers work on a next day delivery service, however due to the current climate, please allow up to 7 days delivery time. 

Order processing can take up to 5 working days, shipping time is an estimate following this. 

Any guarantees made with regards to delivery times may vary due to delays resulting from postal or force majeure situations for which we will not be held responsible but will do our best to notify you and advise a solution.


International Shipping (outside of mainland UK):

We offer standard delivery on international shipping via Fedex. Please allow 1 week from purchase to delivery.

Shipping costs vary per country.

Any customs fees, shipping costs, VAT and duties & taxes to be paid by the customer. You will be contacted by the courier where relevant.

Breakages and Returns:

For any unfortunate breakages or incorrect item received, please email us at info@florencestgeorge.com – we will always do our best to exchange this product for you based on stock availability. If we have no stock availability we will refund the item for you.

One of a kind pieces are subject to availability and cannot be replaced if broken in transit. However you will be entitled to a full refund upon inspection.

For any returns, the customer will be held liable for shipping costs. Eligibility for returns are the piece should be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the same original packaging. 


Refund Policy:

We adhere to a 14 day refund policy on all pieces. Once 14 days have surpassed we cannot offer a refund or exchange. 

Once your return is received and inspected we will contact you via email to discuss approval/rejection of the piece. We will then process a refund or credit applied to your chosen method of payment.
